Ask for help to achieve your goals!

At times after trauma, a person might prefer to withdraw from the people who might be able to help. Although it is important to take time on your own to rest and recover, there are times to reach out for help, support and guidance. With the right people on your help team, you can make great progress in your goals!

1. Identify your goal
2. Ask a willing person for help – this might be a professional, family member, colleague or friend.
3. Remain open, you might be amazed at how much support you can receive just by asking.
